  • Expertise in organizational diagnostics (include organizational culture, morale, employee satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction, employee perceptions surveys and the like) (Have been using MBTI diagnosis extensively as required)
  • Pre Recruitment Job – Man fit Psychometric testing and Candidate profiling :  we extensively used various assessment tools  for candidate profiling, ensuring better job (group varies from individuals to larger groups of GETs / MTs) – man fit and reducing forced exits with in the first six months of their joining supporting corporate initiatives of talent hunt, talent match, talent feedback and retention initiatives
  • Testing solutions wrt Career choice and management through testing Aptitude, Interest, fitness for science related courses, emotional, educational, social adjustment affecting young persons’ academic performance, personality and achievement motivation testing for young persons, career counseling with young persons and parents based on the test results
